Right of withdrawal

You can change your mind and return the product within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason, and get a full refund. This is longer than the 14 days required by EU consumer law.

How to do it

1. Write to returns@eletrocraft.com saying you want to withdraw, with your name and the product (you can use the template below).
2. We send you the return instructions.
3. Send the product back, intact and with its accessories, within 30 days of delivery.
4. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the product, with the same amount paid (standard shipping included).

Return shipping costs are paid by us. The refund is made by bank transfer, because payment was made in cash on delivery.

You may try the product as you would in a shop; if it loses value from handling beyond what is needed, the refund may be reduced.
